The package includes 2 nights' accommodation with breakfast so that you can get the rest you need after an eventful day. Depending on your wishes and choice, the overnight stays are for single or double occupancy in the Hotel Garmischer Hof or Gästehaus Alpenkranz
Prices: Including 2 nights with breakfast, single/double room in the hotel or guesthouse
- 1 person: 360 € (single room) in the Alpenkranz guesthouse
- 2 persons: 2x 335€ = 670€ (double room) in the Alpenkranz guesthouse
- 1 person: 464€ (single room) in the Garmischer Hof
- 2 persons: 2x 354€ = 708€ (double room) in the Garmischer Hof
The price quoted does not include the visitor's tax. This is to be paid directly at the accommodation. Cancellation conditions: Cancellations made by 07.11.25 are free of charge. Cancellations made after this date will be charged at 80 percent of the package price. If the minimum number of 5 participants is not reached, the retreat will be canceled on 7.11.25 and no costs will be incurred.
DAY 1
13:30 Welcome at Richard-Strauss-Platz (fountain): Walk together to the Adventure Trail meeting point.
14:15-16:00: Adventure Trail - Discover GaPa: After your arrival, you start directly with an adventure: the AdventureTrail outdoor game - Discover Gapa on your own! Slip into the role of an explorer, solve missions and discover the hidden corners, parks and famous places of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Duration approx. 90 minutes, followed by a short discussion about the next two days.
➔ Equipment: The tour is an outdoor experience, so weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes are highly recommended. In case of rain, you may also bring a small umbrella.
19:00 - approx. 21:00: GaPa schmeckt´s dinner - our culinary highlight! Look forward to an enjoyable 3-course menu with regional specialties, cleverly interpreted by innovative chefs and traditional hosts. Experience GaPa with all your senses - genuine, authentic, delicious!
DAY 2
09:30-13:30: Herbs workshop - My wild pharmacy: Find out how our ancestors supported their health with local medicinal herbs and make your own products under the guidance of a herbalist. Duration approx. 4 hours. Afterwards approx. 1h break with the opportunity for a small snack and/or coffee. Afterwards, you can drive to the Olympic ski stadium on your own, carpooling may be possible.
15:00-17:00: Ski jump tour - In the afternoon, it's off to the heights: discover the impressive Olympic ski jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on a guided tour. Climb the legendary ski jump and enjoy the breathtaking view while gaining exciting insights into the world of ski jumping. A must for sports fans and anyone who loves something special! Duration approx. 2 hours.
➔ Equipment: The tour is an outdoor experience, so weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes are essential! Possibly a small rucksack with drinks and a snack.
DAY 3
10:00-15:00: Guided hiking tour to the most beautiful places - discover fantastic viewpoints away from the hustle and bustle, accompanied by short exercises and tips for your well-being. Depending on the weather, we will have a small picnic with a snack you have brought yourself or we will stop off at a cozy café in the valley at the end of the hike. End around 15:00.
➔ Equipment: The tour is an outdoor experience, so weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes are essential (rain and sun protection). Please also bring a small rucksack with drinks and a snack.
