Wonderfully hikeable – in summer and in winter! The Eckbauer is known and loved for being a diverse hiking resort. It’s considered one of the most beautiful scenic-view points of the Werdenfelser Land region.
At the south eastern end of the Olympic Ski Stadium, you’ll find the valley station of the Eckbauerbahn cable car. From there, it takes you up to 1,237 metres above sea level. Once on the Eckbauer, there are numerous hiking trails in various levels of difficulty – from easy to medium and challenging. How about an excursion to the nearby Partnach Gorge, for instance?
